The mobile phone industry has offered the consumer many technological advancements recently. Unfortunaltey these were often for the gain of the companies involved and not a real consumer gain. This can be seen in the bad introduction of WAP and its limited emphasis on the user. We are also now rushing headlong in a frenzy about 3G. The ability to see films on the move! Is this an appropriate solution for the medium or have the companies involved forgot what its like to be mobile?
