For beginner rock climbers the single most important technical insight is to keep the weight as much a possible on the feet. "Grip" climbing holds provide instant feedback about the climber's weight distribution by glowing brighter the more it is being pulled.

A climb can also be replayed on the grips, displaying where things went wrong. As one practices more, shifting the weight in the most energy efficient way becomes more intuitive, and therefore the system is proposed for the beginners.
